The Fair is being organized with the support of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) and Co-Associates of Resource companies for the Hospitality Industry (ARCHI), New Delhi, Confederation of Indian Food Trade & Industry (CIFTI), New Delhi,AIl India Food Processors’ Association, New Delhi and Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Manufacturers Association of India (HOTREMAI)
