INTRODUCTION :

Cosmit (Comitato Organizzatore del Salone del Mobile Italiano) is the company that organizes Milan's Salone Internazionale del Mobile. Cosmit also organizes several other major trade shows such as the biennial events Euroluce/International Lighting Exhibition, Eurocucina/International Kitchen Furniture Exhibition, SaloneUfficio/International Biennial Workspace Exhibition, International Bathroom Exhibition, Sasmil/International Exhibition of Accessories and Semifinished Products for the Furniture Industry and the annual International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition. Along with these commercial events, starting from 1989, Cosmit organizes the SaloneSatellite, that has grown to represent a launching pad for young designers and a landmark event for all manufacturers looking for new talents.
